Pioneer recently replaced a computer in my 02 Liberty. I have had a lot of problems with the computer and they have always taken care of those issues for me. I will however give second thought to buying another Liberty because of the computer problems.

This is a great place to take your vehicle to get fixed. they are always willing to help. the people there are knowledgeable and happy. They will always give you an estimate before they fix something and it it always a fair price. They have a good customers lounge, free coffee and a free shuttle if you want a ride somewhere. The 2 girls that work upstairs are great too. They always get your car in quickly and on the day and time that works for you. thank you

I like pioneer chrysler because they are fair good people. They just want to help you as quick as they can. They will work on any vehicle even if you didn't buy a car from them. I like the help they are willing to give i wish there were more dealerships around like this one.

Wayne Pohl and the service dept at Pioneer Chrysler are outstanding. This really stood out when we needed service on a US vacation and Wayne arranged for the service to be done (after contacting him by phone to let him know of the problem)by a Colorado dealer 200 miles down the road, all we had to do was show up. That's what I call going the extra mile. Now....if only the sales department would back up the service dept in the same fashion.....Hmmmm....
Love my truck....would buy another today if I had it to do over again. (Diesel only though....the Hemi is HIGHLY over-rated in my opinion)

i really like betty and dwayne they are so helpful and friendly. i like to bring my suv here because i get a fair price. when booking an appt you don't have to stay on hold for 20 minutes. they can usually get my veh in that day or the next day and with my busy schedule that really help. so if you want this kind of treatment go to pioneer!

pioneer is a fair dealership. they always try to get my van fixed for a fair price and as quick as possible. i love the free shuttle service. i always bring my van to them i will not take it anywhere else. good work guys!

This is an outstanding dealership in every department that I have dealt with. The staff is awesome the management should be given a big pat on the back to have so many great people under one roof. This Dealership is the best out there and I would recommend anyone here to experience what buying a vehicle, servicing a vehicle or buying parts for a vehicle should be really like. All experiences with Pioneer Chrysler have been excellent...I have had more contact with service than any other department, and am so impressed with the service department, all the techs and the counter staff are always so helpful. They would never make me do something that my vehicle doesn't need, which is very important. I trust Pioneer Chrysler with any concerns I have with my vehicle and will not go anywhere else!

i bought my truck for merv and as soon as i drove it i knew i wanted it. so merv made it possible and now i love my truck. i take it there to be serviced and i always get a good deal. i will be coming back to buy all my veh from here it is a great place to buy and service vehicles.

Finally, Dodge built a great truck. The Hemi is powerful and gives me great gas mileage with the new computer system that shuts off 4 cylinders when not needed. It rides and steers like a dream and has incredible looks. I got rid of my 2003 Ford King Ranch Supercrew for this new Ram and I don't miss the Ford at all.

Actually put a deposit on my Visa for two different minivans (Chrysler). Picked the one we want, did the deal and since they're an hour from where we live, arranged to pick up the van and finalize the deal the next day. When I phoned to confirm the pickup time, I was advised that they had sold the van to someone else and came up with the lame-a**ed excuse that when I made my deposit they had an offer pending that hadn't been entered into the computer yet. Then they had the audacity to process my deposit on my Visa card. It took well over a week to get that removed. This was the second time I had dealt with them but never again.

Bought through the internet salesman Yvon. I test drove both a 3/4 ton and a 1 ton I could not decide which was best for me for pulling my trailer Yvon suggested I try the 1 ton he met me after hours so I could take the truck home for three days to drive and make sure it was what I wanted and that I would be happy with it before making a final deal. This allowed me to feel very confident that the salesman did care what he was selling me.The three days of driving did help me to decide and I bought the 1 ton.
I would recommend to use the internet sales departments to feel out the dealership before even going to look this way you can ask all your questions and get a answer in writing. you can deal with multiple dealers at the same time and it will save you time and money.

I drove out from Edmonton to look at a new caravan. I had tried a couple of the city dealers; they wouldn't give me the time of day. They didn't seem interested in my business, and wouldn't give me straight answers to my questions. The staff at Pioneer Chrysler were very friendly and went out of their way to answer my questions and earn my business. I am very happy that I went to pioneer Chrysler and I will recommend them to everyone I talk to.

I was lied to by the salesman about security on my new vehicle. When I asked if it had an audio alarm I was told that no it didn't because it has an internal anti theft device that prevents the truck from being started without the key in the ignition, and that remote starter or an audio alarm would disrupt the signal. Three months later when the truck was stolen and smashed up by thieves it became apparent the this anti theft device was never even installed. Pioneer has done nothing to rectify this situation, and I am stuck with a six months old truck that has suffered severe damage due to their incompetence.
Buyer beware! If you decide for some reason to buy a truck at Pioneer Chrysler, I highly recommend going in with a recording device, these people have a very funny way of going back on their word. Dealing with a manager will do you very little good, they are the kings of the run-around.
It is hysterical to me how all the comments on this board were written in the exact same style. A lot of similar minded people must shop there! Or.......and this is most likely, they wrote it themselves! My guess would be either self proclaimed wonder salesman Derrek, or his mother wrote them. Nice try pioneer, but nobody bought it.

Our church decided to buy a vehicle for my use and I chose a jeep Cherokee now I want to tell you why . I contacted the local dealership and the Edmonton dealerships . My first contact with your dealership was with derrick Steven's. Derrick very positively affected me in our initial phone conversation. His knowledge and confidence that he could work an excellent deal is the sole reason I drove the one hour to Wetaskiwin. I was not disappointed . One last thing that stands out in your company and seems to be lacking in most of the other dealerships that I visited is a quality of openness and honesty. What I speaking of here is very subtle, but in other dealerships there was a kind of smugness that they knew more than they re telling you. In short I'm impressed and I continue to tell others how impressed.

Over the years I have purchased a number of new vehicles. However this latest purchase was the most pleasurable experience I have ever been fortunate enough to have taken part in. I just took delivery last week for a factory order Dodge,2001 model yr (Cummins) 2500 4x4 SLT+. I originally decided to purchase from Pioneer, because they gave me the best price of all other dealers I contacted. Their sales Staff (from the Sales manager down)were always , friendly , helpful and never overbearing or pushy. It did not end there. They phoned the minute my truck arrived at their dealership. It was ready at the appointed time, predelivery inspection completed, cleaned and polished up. In fact, the tank was full of diesel, as well the windshield washer fluid was topped off. They had even installed mudflaps to prevent the possibility of rock chips if I had to drive over gravel roads. The good news was this was all done compliments of a dealership that goes the extra mile for their customers. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!!!!!!!!!!! So far I am pleased with every aspect of my new truck as well with the dealership

I have a 96 1 ton which is the best most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. Thanks to Pioneer I got a great deal, and am thrilled with the service department. I have had some problems with the truck, and I know that in the past dealers will try to build them up to charge you more. Thanks to the professionalism of the service department, my bill is always fair and realistic!

This was not the only dealership we dealt with, but it was the most professional manner and genuine effort on behalf of Derek that stood out from all the others.
