Was going to have to trade car in to get re-financed at a better rate. A car was found, told payments would only go up by about $20.00 and my interest was approved at 8 % NO MORE. Get there to close deal and payments up by $100.00 and interest at 9.9. I said no to the deal, that's not what i was told would happen. So told I will find you an other car, that was 2 months ago. I even went as far as finding an other Sebring , but was told no it has to be one of ours. I thought car dealers worked together. I've had nothing but the run around with this. I don't have much faith left for any car dealers

I bought a brand new Jeep from this dealership that ended up having a manufacturing defect. About 2 months after I bought it, my rear axle split in half while I was driving. This happens sometimes but this dealership was very unhelpful. I went back to the dealership to talk about this issue and the salesman that sold me this vehicle was very rude and turned his back to me, did not want to deal with the issue nor talk about it at all. When this happened, I was about 10 hours away from home and the Jeep was taken to a dealership there, Great West said they would ship it up to me, and after 2 weeks of not having a vehicle they decided to refuse to ship the Jeep to me. The very first time I called to tell them about the incident, they did not care and were rude on the phone. Very unprofessional, they were very nice when I was buying the vehicle, but after they did not care at all. Chrysler was very unhelpful also, I just got my Jeep back, I had to fly down to get it and now I am still trying to get a new door because it was smashed in the accident.

Before I had bought a vehicle at Great West they serviced my 97 Dakota 4x4 and were very good. As soon as I bought my 99 Ram 4x4 they couldn't be bothered with my concerns about my stereo not working or my paint falling off. I also have a sneaking suspicion that the truck was in and accident that wasn't reported (the truck was a demo)but no one will get back to me about this as well.
I wouldn't buy there again they won't back there usless warrenty

Purchased new 2001 3/4T truck. Had problem with throw-out bearing which they could not detect. We live out of town (1 hr's drive) and they would not accommodate us with a loaner vehicle while they "serviced" our truck. Had to sit there and wait although we had pre-booked and requested a vehicle. Did not go out of their way to help us. Would not return there, and will not refer them. I tell my friends and contacts about a much better dealership to deal with in Fort Saskatchewan .... wish I had bought my truck there!

Sales - These guy must have patented the bad taste that one gets in their mouth when you realize that this is not a good deal and you are about to be taken for a ride. Went there on four occasions to deal with different reps, and landed up buying a $58k (Canadian) Ram 2500 ISB 4x4 elsewhere in Canada. Bad product knowledge, sneaky about manufacturer rebate/incentives, reluctant to search for what I am looking for, insistent to sell me what's on the lot. Can't say I didn't give them a chance to come to the party.
Service - OK, Took my other Ram there recently for a recall which was done OK with a professional amount of courtesy (B15 is a no brainer really). (Oh, and 'tighten' the hose clamp on the inlet manifold next time!) Their parts department desperately needs someone who has some interest in what he is doing.
