Parts dept: Heavily inflated pricing---ie: R.H. window Regulator for an 01 Durango @ $400 plus 1 day wait...another local parts dealer $144, and 1 day wait.

Service dept: Had an upgraded hitch installed to my Durango. They could not get to some bolts...I ended up taking my welding truck down and personally removing the old hitch (stock dodge installation) so they could proceed with new hitch installation. In their defense they seemed to be short
staffed and had little experience on the floor...it took me 10 minutes to remove the old hitch.

Sales dept: Friendly, knowledgeable and get a great rating from me.

This is a great Service department From being able to talk to the technicians to the Service staff. They are all so helpful
