Own a 2004 Jeep Liberty, took the unit there to have the lower ball joint recall
performed, they did not perform an alignment after. Front tires are wearing
abnormally now, this is a leased vehicle and you would figure they would want
to have it back in as good a shape as possible, the assistant service manager
said that it was my responsibility. The tires had no abnormal wear the 26,000
km before this, the 5,000 km since this recall has worn my tires on the front
very abnormal. Now I just rotate every 5-6,000 km to try to keep the wear as
little as possible, they can worry about it when I give it back. There is also
squeaking from the rear when hitting bumps, they tell me this is normal, at
30,000 km! Give me a break, the assistant service manger is a complete retard!
-as for Murray being taken out in handcuffs, this is very true, i was there
when the incident went down!
Rob Bowen is an excellent new car manger, too bad the service department did
not have his intelligence and integrity.

My first buying experience at Bridge City was with Murray, an excellent sales
person(who, by the way DID NOT get removed in hand cuffs)I am in the process
of purchasing my 4th vehicle from there. My first dodge was purchased in calgary,
where I lived at the time, but I drove it to Lethbridge for servicing. That
is when I met all the wonderful management and staff at Bridge City Chrysler.
They have all gone out of their way to make sure all my vehicles and needs are
taken care of. When Murray was my sales person, he made sure all of my service
experiences went well also...so he went above and beyond. My sales rep now is
Sheldon and he also goes above and beyond. The Business Managers are great people
and helpful. Clarence, the owner always remembers me and says hi no matter how
long it has been since my last visit.

Imagine my surprise when I learned that they had used my name to sell a new
vehicle to so they could export it to the USA. Their salesman Murray and the
sales managers were all in on it. The RCMP came into the dealership and took
him out in handcuffs. From what I understand I was one of many that they falsified
new vehicle sales to and then exported them to the USA.

I bought a dodge ram used from this dealership 3 months ago, Have had several
friends drool over it and the steal of a price I paid for it. I absolutely love
driving it. Three months later, (Halloween day)I went back in to trade in the
biggest lemon of a car I have ever owned (not the ram). I told them about all
the problems I had with it and have now with it. They took it off my hands no
questions asked, Icicles still hanging off my nose from the poor heater it had.
The absolute best salesman/babysitter I have ever dealt with immediately tried
to get me in to a Van, knowing my wife would be in heaven and I would never
drive the goofy things cuz ya just can't get at the engine without a skyhook
in the back yard. He loves to joke around with the customer to get a little
personal with them. Anyways, I bought a quality used vehicle from him that both
the misses and myself love to drive. He was straight forward and honest as he
could be with me Told me which vehicle was the one I wanted from knowing me
and pushed me right on home with it to show the wife. She couldn't get her coat
on soon enough to go for a spin. Right back to the dealership to make the purchase.
Nathan Yonas is by far the most perceptive and understanding salesman I have
ever dealt with. He gets you what he says and and follows thru with all the
extras. Thumbs up to a Salesman You can Trust who won't sell the lemons.
Even knowing the front end problems associated with a dodge truck, it is still
by far the best damn truck on the market. Would be nice to see a fix come out
on the front end so it stays tight longer.
